The main purpose of this study was to construct a standard volume table for Fucalyptus grandis, utilizing the combined variable equation, solved by the least, square methods, which takes the form: V = 0,01441 + 0,00337 D2H/100.
A local volume table was also derived from the standard volume table and the applicability for this table was checked. The results showed that the local volume table is perfectly applicable for the stand in question without correction.
Measurements of accuracy for the standard volume table, such as standard error of estimate and correlation coefficients were determined an analysis of variance was conducted, which indicated 9 high precision and the regression Coefficient was highly significant.
