Abstract

The phenotypic, genotypic and enviromental correlations among eleven characters in rice (Oryza sativa L.) were estimed and the genotypic correlations were estimated and the genotypic correlations were divided into direct and indirect effects of four primary yield components on the yield by means of path analysis. The data were obtained in 1985/86 from four experiments located in Leopoldina-MG and Goiânia-GO, using 49 genotypes in a triple lattice design. In both locations, the experiments were conducted under wetland and flooded conditions.
