Abstract

Profiles of absolute humidity and carbon dioxide depression within and above the crop canopy were studied in irrigated and non-irrigated fields of sorghum (Sorghum vulgare Pers.). Air samples were taken at five levels, three within the canopy and two above it, in both plots. Absolute humidity and COg concentrations were deltermined with and infrared hygrometer and an infrared gas analyzer, respectively.
