The determination of soil moistureis very important if on wants to irrigate correctly,
There are several methods of determining soil moisture, but the weighing method is a rapid, inexpensive, correct and simple method and can be used under field-conditions. The weighing methods ofdetermining soil moisture, when compared with the usual oven-drying method, gives us the same statistical answer.
The correlation coefficient between the two methods is 0. 97, therefore we can say that the weighing methods is highly correlated with the standard oven drying method,
