Different internodes of the stem were sectioned.
In the stem, the primary structure is predominent. The basal internodes show some signs of secondary structure, derived from the activity of a vascular cambium.

The root has a simple protostele structure.
As an anatomical feature, the plant has laticifers in as- sociation with the phloem all over its surface.
