Resumo

A greenhouse experiment was carried out to measure effects of increasing amounts of nitrate-nitrogen on nitrate reductase activity in maize (Zea mays L. var. ‘Piranao’) grown in nutrient solution. Assays were made using leaf tissue collected 56 days after germination.
