Sobre a avaliação de parâmetros em análises colorimétricas

The validity of the Lamber-Beer-law in a certain colorimetric analysis was doubtful. Thus the observed data were proved by statistical methods differing in some points of the usual principles, but with the following characteristics:
1. The variabilities of the calculated constants were considered.
2. Instead of alternative decisions as prescripted by convention it was preferred to evaluate the probability, with which two arbitrary groups of the total are of identical origin.
3. According to the position of the different observations were applied ponderations.
4. The enlarged form of the equation: e = (A ± a) c + (B ± b)
in which «e» means extinction and «c» concentration (A and B are constants; «a» and «b» indicate variabilities) was turned explicit in «c»: c = (D ± d) e — (G ± g)
