The present study analyzed areas planted and profit levels of citrus in the State of Sao Paulo. Specifically of interest were the price elasticities of citrus supply in the short and long terms. A delayed distribution model was used with the dependent variables, areas and profit levels, examined as dummy variables in order to detect changes in the supply functions as well as to improve the specifics of the model.
